| Benjamin S. Burton Prior to becoming an Attorney, Ben Burton was a police officer in the city of Sevierville. He was hired as a Federal Agent for the Social Security Administration and went to Law school at night in Nashville. Mr. Burton focuses his practice primarily on representing disabled individuals in their pursuit for Social Security Benefits. Utilizing his prior law enforcement experience, Mr. Burton also focuses on representing persons on Criminal defense matters at the State and Federal level. Mr. Burton is an adjunct professor at South College in Knoxville in the field of Legal Studies and Criminal Justice. Mr. Burton teaches Constitutional Law, Rules of Evidence, and Cyberlaw. Ms. McKinnish earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Tennessee and a Jurisdoctorate from the University of Memphis. Ms. McKinnish focuses her practice primarily on representing persons facing family related issues such as divorce and child custody. Ms. McKinnish represents clients from all across East Tennessee.
